Cold and flu season is here, I work in a fridge for 8 hours of the day, and I totally thought I wouldn't get sick. But I did which is why this post is long over due, but without further ado, lets talk WE Day.
On Wednesday 19th, I again was apart of the WE Day photography team but this time in Toronto. I have been spending most of the my time now either working for LUSH or catching up on sleep, so my photography sadly has not been my main priority. But WE Day had to stay one as I was not missing out on WE Day here in Toronto, since I had an amazing time last year in Ottawa.
I love being apart of the team and having an insane day surrounding myself with powerful youth, inspiring speakers, and talented performers. I always leave WE Day with a new look of things.
I was very restricted this year when it came to getting around on the stage floor as Toronto's show was recorded live. I had my 70-200mm f/4 so distance wasn't really a problem. I had that lens mounted on my Canon Mark III, and then had my 24-70mm f/2.8 mounted on my Canon Mark II. As well, I recently purchased Peak Design CapturePRO Clips and put them to good use while shooting the event. It was a lot better than have both camera hang from one of my shoulders.
